When you subscribe to any of the Pro or Agency plans, you have access to all of the Premium Email Bundles, including the Starto Email Bundle. Maool provides a large number of premium email bundles and is regularly releasing new premium email bundles.

The Pro license allows you to create as many emails as you want, but for only one brand. If you’d like to create emails for many brands, we recommend that you upgrade to the Agency plan.

All Licenses are issued for a term for a calendar month/year from the date of purchase. If you decide to discontinue payments, access to the Maool Editor will no longer be possible, and any support from Maool regarding Maool Editor and templates will not be available. After license cancellation, you still can use the emails that were generated within the License Term.

After subscription expiry, You will not be able to use the emails that were generated from Premium Templates. We have one-click export to ESPs using which you can send the template to your favorite esp with just one click. Currently, we support one-click export to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, Sendinblue, Activecampaign, Hubspot, Sendgrid, Mailgun, Aweber, Mailjet, Sparkpost. We are working on adding new esp integrations. If your esp currently doesn’t have one-click export you don’t have to worry about it as we have HTML export. You can use HTML exported file on your esp. You can check out our video tutorials on Help.

Existing templates can’t be imported in Maool. You can create templates using Maool and use them in the future but you can’t import templates to Maool.

As far as we know, not all email clients offer universal support for web fonts. If a web font is not supported by an email client, it is changed to a fallback font that will be seen instead. In most cases, the fallback fonts are Helvetica, Arial, or a generic sans serif font. Lately, iOS mail clients override web fonts with their font – San Francisco.

We’ve spent more than 70 hours working on bugs with these systems. We also discovered that many email developers throughout the world were experiencing the same problems and had no answer. We will try our best to keep track of changes to these platforms, but it appears that they are no longer being maintained.

Two significant factors that determine how your campaign looks in your contacts’ inboxes are email client rendering and email service provider restrictions. Yes, this is a worldwide problem. When it comes to exporting email templates with background graphics or rounded borders and sending them to Outlook users, all email builders have difficulty. This is because Outlook requires a special VML-code to handle background images and rounded corners. Maool has that code, however most ESPs (Email Service Providers) do not rewrite that code to support the VML-code when exporting your fresh and crisp email template to an a.zip package or an HTML file. As a result, we developed the feature of direct export to other ESPs.
